Our delivery Model
- ThrivBold works with a carefully selected network of researchers, evaluators, GESI specialists, policy advisors, facilitators, safeguarding practitioners, data professionals and field researchers.
- Each team is designed around the technical requirements, geography, language and institutional context of the assignment.
- Every engagement is guided by ThrivBold’s methodological standards, feminist principles and commitment to producing evidence that institutions can use. The Managing Director provides strategic oversight, technical direction and final quality assurance.
- We select specialists according to the questions being examined and the expertise required. This allows ThrivBold to combine policy, research, feminist MEL, safeguarding, quantitative analysis, qualitative inquiry and facilitation within one coherent assignment.
